As part of the Sentinel North program, University Laval's Vice-Rectorate for Research, Creation and Innovation (VRRCI) is supporting research chairs to attract new researchers who will consolidate and / or fill the institution's capacity in strategic research areas for Sentinel North.

Sentinel North Partnership Research Chairs Program

 

This new program is aimed at recruiting new high-level faculty resources at Université Laval to consolidate and / or fulfill the institution's capacity in strategic research areas for Sentinel North.

Each Chair will receive $ 375,000 in funding for 5 years from Sentinel North, conditional on a minimum matching of $ 500,000, of which at least 50% will have to come from external partners.

We invite you to read the following document (in French) for the details of the program as well as the development process of these Chairs, which is similar to the one used for the Université Laval Partnership Research Chairs.
