Sentinel North invites you to its second annual scientific meeting to be held August 27-30, 2018 at Château Laurier and the new Voltigeurs de Québec Armoury.
In a context of accelerating climate change and socio-economic development in Arctic and subarctic regions, we strongly encourage researchers, students, collaborators and national and international partners to join the 350+ Sentinel North participants from Université Laval to enrich the discussions and establish new collaborations to improve our understanding of the northern environment and its impact on human beings and their health.

Exhibitors
The Sentinel North annual meeting will provide your organization with priviledged access to a unique transdisciplinary research community, including national and international researchers, students, stakeholders and policy makers.
The exhibition space is adjacent to the plenary room and will include exhibition booths and scientific posters. Coffee breaks and poster sessions will also be held in this space, providing your organization with great visibility for conference attendees. Several benefits are included in the exhibitor package.
Rate: $1,575 (GST included, price in CAD)
This fee includes:
- 10 'x 10' (width x depth) space with power supply
- Admission to the conference for one person, with access to all sessions, coffee breaks and cocktail receptions
- Acknowledgement of sponsorship on the conference website and in the conference program
