Launch of Sentinel North Students Association
Published on 19 Feb 2018
Last Fall, the Sentinel North Students Association (AESN) was created to strengthen the sense of belonging of the program's students to its community, as well as to benefit from its transdisciplinary character.
Congratulations to Audrey Laberge-Carignan (Interim President), Christophe Perron (Acting Secretary), Marc-Antoine Bansept (Acting Treasurer), Audrey Picard-Lafond (Acting Communications Officer) and to all members of the committee for their involvement in this new organization.
The first event organized by the AESN is a series of conferences in the friendly atmosphere of a bar. Intended for the general public, this activity will address the scientific concepts behind the various Sentinel North's research projects. The first edition will take place in the week of March 26, 2018 and will feature the themes of Thematic Project 3: Microbiomes: Sentinels of the northern environment and human health.
Stay tuned for more news from the AESN soon.
