Following two competitions, 14 proposals have been selected for the Sentinel North Research Acceleration Fund. By providing one-time funding to established Université Laval research teams, this Fund aims to accelerate research on emerging or high-impact issues related to Sentinel North's mission.

In collaboration with the Littoral Chair and the Mushuau-nipi Corporation, Sentinel North is offering a unique experiential training that focuses on ecosystemic approaches to health in a transdisciplinary context, combining Indigenous, scientific and professional knowledge.
The School will be exploring the close relationship between the land, the health and the well-being of Indigenous Peoples. It will take place in Uashat mak Mani-utenam (Côte-Nord) and Mushuau-nipi (Nitassinan/Nunavik) from August 12 to 20, 2024.
